The ADPi Family

Diamond Sisters are our version of  "Big and Little Sisters".  A Diamond sister helps guide the "Alpha" through the process leading up to Initiation and becoming a Delta member.  Many sisters find that their Diamond Sister becomes one of their closest friends in the chapter.

A chain of Diamond Sisters is what we refer to as an "ADPi Family."  Entire families will get together for dinner to celebrate different occasions and serve as a larger group to help guide our sisters through the different stages of membership.

Family Time!  We also love to share our ADPi experience with our "real" families.  During football season, TCU Family Weekend always has festivities to share with our families.  This year we had a line-dancing event at the world famous Billy Bob's, complete with a barbecue lunch.

Dads' Day this year involved a fantastic day of father-daughter bonding while clay shooting followed by a Texas sized barbecue lunch. This year was the second annual Dad's Clay Classic.

Congratulations to our clay shooting tournament winners from this year: Ashleigh Arnim, Kitty Engerrand, Chelsea Hicks, Alissa English, and their dads.

Moms' Weekend is held every spring where we have a special ceremony and present ADPi mothers with pins of their own.  This year we spent the day with our moms at our annual Founder's Day celebration luncheon at the Fort Worth Women's Club. Last but not least, we leave plenty of time for mom to take us shopping for clothes, groceries, and some home cooking (or out to dinner)!
