Gamma Chi Chapter

Gamma Chi Chapter was chartered at Texas Christian University as one of the original 6 sororities, in April 1955. 

Mrs. T. Smith McCorkle, a Grand Council officer, was a music professor at TCU.  She served as chairperson of TCU's committee for deciding to allow sororities and fraternities to colonize. 

TCU Greek organizations came into existence because of this amazing ADPi.  

Our members are scholars, leaders, dancers, singers, and wonderful, amazing, and friendly young women. 

We are proud to be a part of Texas Christian University’s first Greek organizations for over 50 years!
